We approve and consolidate our lists of deals on Mondays.
On Tuesdays we send the deals out to our database of investors via email.
In order to receive these deals you must sign up. If you are not on the list then you will be missing out.
If a particular deal is of interest, it can be reserved by following the simple instructions stated in the email:
- If you are interested in a property, get in touch via text message.
- We will then have a phone call to run you through the property details, ROI numbers, forward pictures, and the like.
- If you choose to take the deal, we will then send you the Terms of Sale along with an invoice.
- Upon receipt of the signed Terms of Sale and payment we will then arrange a video call to disclose full property details.
- The next step is to instruct the selling agents who the buyer is by email.
- The property will then be marked Sold Subject To Contract (SSTC)
- From here on, we will take a step backwards and let you deal with the agent directly.
- We will be there for you throughout the process in case there are any issues that may arise
- Referrals for good solicitors and mortgage brokers can be arranged.
